Shipping policy

All prices are in US dollars. Orders ship from Canada.

Where we ship
We ship internationally. 

Processing time
In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. Larger orders, including packs of 150 or 300 Tria Sens, may need up to 10 business days to prepare. We'll email you if your order needs longer.

Shipping cost and delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery timeline depends on location.

Duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside Canada, import duties, taxes and brokerage fees may be charged by your country's customs authority. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Damaged or missing shipments
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, email info@novisens.ca within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.

Novi OS
Novi OS is cloud software and doesn't ship. Your access details are sent by email once your sensors are set up.
