Returns and refunds

Hardware returns
You can return unused hardware (Tria Sens, Tria Sens+, Novi Soil, Novi Sens Battery and Novi Fans) within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Multi-sensor packs must be returned as complete packs.

To start a return, email info@novisens.ca with your order number. Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective hardware
If a product stops working because of a manufacturing defect within 12 months of delivery, contact us and we'll repair or replace it at no cost. This doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents or unauthorized modification.

Novi OS
Your first month of Novi OS is included with Novi sensors. After that, Novi OS continues as a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable.

Custom and pilot orders
Custom configurations and pilot agreements are covered by the terms of that agreement rather than this policy.
